HAZARDS	RISK RATING	CONTROLS
·      If  the café is busy with people inside it we will not be able to film   ·      Food and equipment should not be mixing together as it may cause a fire.       ·      Some of the staff/crew could  trip over the chairs            ·      equipment could get tangled and damaged which will then be unavailable to use.   ·      Anyone could trip over the wires and could hurt themselves	LOW            MEDIUM              MEDIUM              MEDIUM        HIGH	·      This is a low risk because what we can do is we can get a location release form in order for us to make sure that the café is available for us only.   ·      To ensure that we do not create any damage what we will do is make sure that the food and any types of liquids stay away from each other.   ·      We will make sure we do not go so near to the tables and chairs and we will also move out the things that are not needed in order to create space so everything isn’t jammed together.   ·      In order to make sure that no one gets hurt in this situation what we will do is make sure that all wires are kept tidy
