     John and Katy are in a cafe to celebrate

their anniversary.

    

     Over the brunch they talk about Emily’s husband and how

he passed away acting like she didn’t kill him.

     2    EXT. OUTSIDE THE CAFE - DAY                      2

     Katy goes on the phone to Emily (her sister).

          

KATY  

 Hi Emily, are you okay?

EMILY

My husband is dead and you ask if I'm okay. 

KATY

Right. Sorry I was just trying to make conversation.

EMILY                

Well don’t. I know you mean well but you will never understand since you have a husband and i don’t anymore.

     KATY

       I shouldn’t have called you.

     Emily

     (Yelling)

     Yes. You shouldn't have.

    Goodbye.

      Emily hangs up on Katy. Katy sighs and goes back to the 

       Cafe back to her husband.

3    INT. EMILY’S HOUSE - NIGHT  3

                       

     Emily was looking for clues and where her husband was before He died and it all makes sense now. Her husband (Jacob)

was With Katy and no one else because he said they were working On a project together. That is when Emily found out. Katy, Killed her husband.

4    INT. EMILY’S HOUSE - NIGHT                              4

       Emily calls James who is a childhood friend of hers

       And is always on her side.

JAMES

Hi, what's up? 

  

EMILY

Quite a lot, I just found out who killed Jacob

JAMES

Really? How and who?

EMILY
I was thinking about who Jacob was last seen with and checked through his phone

JAMES

So…who?

EMILY
Katy did

JAMES

Are you sure? That doesn’t sound like her

EMILY

Trust me it’s her, when i called her she was acting really suspicious

JAMES 

So what is it that you’re going to do and why does it involve me?

EMILY
I want revenge and you are going to be a fake detective

JAMES
Fake detective?

EMILY

Come over and i’ll explain in detail

JAMES

Okay, see you there

     Emily hangs up and waits for James to arrive so that she 

     She can discuss her plan to him

5    INT. EMILY’S HOUSE - NIGHT                            5 

   

        James knocks on Emily’s door and she opens it and  

        Lets him in and gives him some tea.

 EMILY

So you’re going to be a fake detective and question Katy

JAMES

All i need to do is question her?

EMILY

Kind of, yes 

JAMES

How is that revenge?

EMILY

I’m not done, that’s all you need to do but i will do the actual job

JAMES

What are you going to do?

EMILY

After you question her, you are going to excuse yourself and that’s when i come in

JAMES

Then?

EMILY

Then i’m going to kill her

JAMES
Kill her? That’s too much Emily

EMILY

She killed Jacob,she should feel that pain of dying when you least expected to

 

JAMES
She’s your sister

EMILY

Not anymore she isn’t, are you going to help or not? 

JAMES

Yes, i will

EMILY

Good, but we need to go to your house first because she knows how mine looks like

JAMES

Okay, lets go now  

   

        James and Emily go to his house to carry out

        the plan.
